Being a hotel only run by women, I truly appreciate the concept behind this establishment. It also adds more meaning and empowering touch to the whole experience. The staff was warm, attentive and genuinely accommodating throughout our stay. The manager personally checked in with us daily and the housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room spotless everyday. On our last day, the team went above and beyond to arrange a lovely dinner by the pool for my partner and me which was truly memorable.

A really good hotel! The staff is very welcoming, friendly and efficient. The rooms are separate from each other and are built on stilts above a natural garden, so you feel right in the jungle. Large, clean and tidy room. The dinner and breakfast were excellent and very varied. Warm outside jacuzzi near the pool. The spa at the hotel is highly recommended - we booked a long massage and enjoyed it very much :-) Highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in the Sigiriya area.

Huge and meticulous apartment with two king bedrooms and baths. Meals were good as were the staff. We were able to do an excellent safari through there as well.

We loved our stay here, the outlook to both Pidurangala and Sigiriya Rock was amazing from almost everywhere on the resort. The staff were wonderful - attentive, friendly and very professional. We enjoyed two delicious meals here - including Sri Lankan Curry was beautifully presented - and super tasty. We'll be back for sure - thanks for your awesome hospitality !

Arangala Forest Lodge ligger i Naula, 38 km fra Sigiriya-klippen, og har en udendørs swimmingpool, en have og et fælles opholdsområde samt gratis privat parkering. In between Sigiriya and Kandy we slept in Arangala Forest Lodge for two nights and it was absolutely incredible. The accomodation itself was stunning and peaceful. We switched to a cabana with jungle view, which was a great choice. We could see monkeys while laying in bed and slept great because of the silence. The manager and staff were super friendly, professional and helpful. Lovely people. There was a lot of personal attention; they helped us arrange a safari to Wasgamuwa and even prepared a take away lunch. When we got back, there was a local surprise waiting for us. 😊 The food was great too! As it was off season, we had the pool to ourselves, which was a nice privilege. At the end of our stay, the manager dropped us off at the bus station with his car. In conclusion, if you’re looking for some luxury and calmness, this is the place to be!

The Sri Lankan breakfast is delicious and generous. It’s also the perfect starting point to enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets at Lion’s Rock and the nearby Pidurangala mountain.

Sigiriya Water Guest & View Point Restaurant ligger i Sigiriya, 2,2 km fra Sigiriya-klippen, og har en have, en terrasse og gratis privat parkering. Super friendly host, always ready to help and to take you to the best places. He took us to a lake nearby where you could swim and gave us a ride to an awesome massage place. We also had a very good dinner in the property and the breakfast is the best one we had so far. Everything with local ingredients and the breakfast view is the best!! You can see the lions rock perfectly!!! If you come to Sigiriya I 100% recommend this place :) PS: bring eye mask to sleep because the curtains are not blackout
