Heritance Kandalama oferă un refugiu liniștit, pe dealurile cu vedere panoramică la stâncile Sigiriya. Everything was excellent here especially the service! We needed to leave by 6am for the Safari tour but the hotel breakfast doesn't start until 7, but the front desk provided our breakfast in boxes before we leave! And the lady in the Gift Shop called Padmini is so nice that she's helped me to wear my Saree. I would definitely come here for a longer stay if there's a chance.

We genuinely loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. It felt like coming home – not to one mom, but to many welcoming moms. All the staff took such good care of us and made sure we had the best time. They had great tips on sightseeing and booked a fair priced tuktuk to drive us around Dambulla. The buffet was varied and delicious; the room and garden were tidy, beautiful and clearly looked after; the bed was super comfortable. We really hope we can come back one day.

People! The staff were amazing!! From front desk to the waiters to the room keeping team. I cannot thank them enough for the hospitality shown. The property is exactly as per the images , clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable too and room is quite spacious. It is indeed a place I would stay again.

Sigiriya Kings Resort was the hidden gem during our stay in Sri Lanka. It is a place surrounded by nature and very quiet. There is a big pond that is right next to the lodge where you can see frogs and many many birds. The rooms are high standard, good and silent air conditioning, good shower with amenities, bathrobe, and a flash light. The people were extremely friendly and attentive. I could only touch a sun umbrella and within seconds somebody was there to help me. The continental breakfast was superb and we enjoyed it every day. Fresh juice, smoothie, yoghurt, eggs/bacon/beans, fruits, and sweets. We usually don’t eat dinner at the restaurant of the hotel but ended eating at this place every evening. The meals were so delicious and worth the price. Recommendation: Tom Yum soup and everything on the SKR specials page! They have multiple trips that they offer and arrange for you. We booked the safari in Hurulu. They knew exactly where the elephants were these days and we saw around 40 of them also very close up. Big thanks to our guide Samantha for the awesome experience🎉 And not to forget the lovely view to Lions Rock and Pidurangala. We took one of their bikes to make a nice 1.5h ride to the base of the Lions Rock and city center. It’s a cool way to discover the surroundings. We enjoyed everything and want to say big thanks to the owner and staff for taking such good care and making our stay unforgettable. ❤️

Arangala Forest Lodge se găsește în Naula, la 38 km de Sigiriya Rock, și oferă o piscină în aer liber, o grădină, un lounge comun și parcare privată gratuită. In between Sigiriya and Kandy we slept in Arangala Forest Lodge for two nights and it was absolutely incredible. The accomodation itself was stunning and peaceful. We switched to a cabana with jungle view, which was a great choice. We could see monkeys while laying in bed and slept great because of the silence. The manager and staff were super friendly, professional and helpful. Lovely people. There was a lot of personal attention; they helped us arrange a safari to Wasgamuwa and even prepared a take away lunch. When we got back, there was a local surprise waiting for us. 😊 The food was great too! As it was off season, we had the pool to ourselves, which was a nice privilege. At the end of our stay, the manager dropped us off at the bus station with his car. In conclusion, if you’re looking for some luxury and calmness, this is the place to be!

Roo Mansala Boutique Villas se află în Sigiriya și are cazare cu WiFi gratuit, parcare privată gratuită, precum și o piscină în aer liber deschisă pe tot parcursul anului. Such a beautiful place to stay. The rooms and the pool are amazing, as are the staff. The food is also delicious. I highly recommend eating dinner here.

Sigiriya Water Guest & View Point Restaurant se află în Sigiriya, la 2,2 km de Sigiriya Rock, și pune la dispoziție o grădină, o terasă și parcare privată gratuită. It’s a great place to stay. It was such a lovely experience staying there. Location is very beautiful and close to nature and Lion Rock. This place is very well maintained. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Owner with some delicious tea and sweets. Staff was extremely friendly. The home cooked food, dinner and breakfast was delicious and nicely prepared. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
