The villa is gorgeous, plenty of space for the 5 of us. The whoops of joy as our kids explored the place said it all! Private pool, incredible food, attentive staff, wildlife all around. On our first evening, the guides took us to the red sand beach, about a 20 minute walk away. Very beautiful. You walk past a lake with baby crocs, can spot iguanas and other wildlife. Magical. We booked a safari through the hotel, the jeep was comfortable, and very reasonably priced. They packed us a breakfast to take with. The service was outstanding. We didn't want to leave.

The room was amazing—spacious, beautifully decorated, and tastefully designed. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a stunning pool overlooking the rice fields, a mini-golf course, and an air rifle shooting range. We had all our meals at the hotel, trying various dishes, and every single one was exceptional—far superior to anything else we had during our trip in Sri Lanka. We also booked a safari through the hotel, and we highly recommend it. The process was effortless, and they even prepared a small basket with water and cookies for us to take along. Last but not least, the staff were incredibly attentive, always smiling, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Without a doubt, a truly unique and unforgettable experience!

Wild Coast Tented Lodge - Relais and Chateaux - All Inclusive is adjacent to the famous Yala National Park, renowned for its dense leopard population. This luxury tented camp is situated where the jungle meets a pristine beach, overlooking the blue waters of the Indian Ocean. The architecture and the design is so tastefully done , it blends in with the environment. The staff and the service is on point, we were travelling with our 2 year old daughter. The staff collected our baby’s lactose free milk and served it back boiled punctually despite inclement weather conditions , both morning and evening. The attention to detail of our dietary requirements in all the meals is another call-out. We would love to visit here again .

A good location for a hassle-free stay in Tanamalwila, Mayka's luxury holiday homes and Safari Thanamalwila is a guest house surrounded by views of the garden. The property features a garden, terrace and parking on-site among other facilities. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house features family rooms. Mayka is a lovely host! She and her husband organised an amazing safari for us and were really helpful and accommodating.
