Definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed in terms of design, architecture and location. Service of staff was very good. Every one of them were so friendly. Our waiter Kobinath at the main restaurant was excellent and very helpful. He makes the best tea in all of Lanka. Highly recommend to try his tea.

A good location for a hassle-free stay in Tanamalwila, Mayka's luxury holiday homes and Safari Thanamalwila is a guest house surrounded by views of the garden. The guest house features family rooms. Mayka is a lovely host! She and her husband organised an amazing safari for us and were really helpful and accommodating.

There is a seating and a dining area in all units. Beautiful stay that transported me away to nature. The camp was stunning, with amazing outdoor meals, wonderful trails, and comfortable and well appointed tents. Beyond the site itself, everyone there was so caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. The safari was AMAZING- fun, educational, and we were lucky enough to spot a leopard and even a jungle cat. This is thanks to a keen eye and ability to know where to go, which was also away from the really busy sites so it felt much more private and enjoyable than expected.
