The accommodation seemed incredible to us, everything was perfect. The location is very good, since if you don't want to cross the alleys of the medina you can access by bordering the wall from the outside and you can get there very quickly. A very convenient option if you don't feel like going out at night is to order dinner there, everything is very good and the menu is varied. Without a doubt, the best thing about the accommodation was the attention of our receptionist, who was attentive to everything and helped us with our many doubts and mishaps

The staffs were super nice and kind(especially Muhammad, thanks!). The hotel staff picked me up when I arrived, and took me to the meeting point on my last day going to another city. Fes medina is not an easy place to find a way, so it was very helpful! (Other hotels don’t do that unless you pay more). My room was pretty big, and the facilities were in a good condition. The location couldn’t be better.

A lovely lady who pours her heart out into her business and accommodates the guests. 10 stars! The place is very special and the history of it. I will forever treasure this experience and interaction with the owner. She is extremely talented and very sweet! The business is very new therefore I with the owner prosperity and success! I loved this place from the moment I booked. I was here for one night only but It was a very good experience. This Riad has many special touches. The staff at the Riad are outstanding. The communication before our stay with Hanae was excellent with details of airport pick up and how to get to the riad . We were guided the whole way. Then we were given details on how to navigate the city and tips of what not to do. The riad is centrally located. The rooms are lovely very private.We had our breakfast on the rooftop.

Host extended his help to obtain softcopy of immigration entry chop on passport and even offered to help in other ways that were way beyond our expectation. Deeply touched and very much appreciated!!

The service was beyond excellent. The guys at the reception, spa and restaurant were so fantastic. The manager deserves a separate SHUKRAN for being such a great hostess and making our stay so comfortable and unforgettable. She organized a very special breakfast table for us, with fresh orange juice, crepes, and other treats! We will definitely come back to this hotel just so that we can get spoiled.
