The people were all very friendly, and everything was clean and accordingly to our needs. Imane and all the team were super friendly and helped us with everything, would definitely come again!

We enjoyed the following: breakfast, very clean accommodations, the safe in the room, kettle, clean linens and towels, bidet in bathroom. The staff were excellent. The counter staff were very accommodating and extended our check out time. The waiter in the restaurant was very kind and attentive. Some very good restaurants nearby and very close to the Medina. Traffic was minimal in front of the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at the Hotel! It was our first time in Marrakech and we will definitely come back. The Hotel offers everything you need. The whole staff is super welcoming and friendly, if you have any questions or wishes they will make it happen. Meryam always got us our roomservice for breakfast she was great. Also Zanib at the reception made it possible for us to get a late checkout which was lovely. We wanna say a big thank you again to everyone at the hotel, you guys made it wonderful for us!❤️☺️

The Riad is situated just a few minutes walk from the main square, so it's in a quieter area but still feels safe after dark. The staff couldn't do enough for us! They were amazing - thank you! The breakfast every morning was delicious, a perfect way to start the day. Great location to visit the main places of interest.

We were welcomed by the owner with mint tea. He could speak good english and is currently practising his german skills. The rooftop terrace offers a great view over the Medina. He even provided us with a breakfast for take away since we left early in the morning. We loved it and definitely would come back!

Set in Marrakech, 400 metres from Marrakech Plaza, 2Ciels Boutique Hôtel boasts air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. The interiors are stunning, the rooftop pool and restaurant are perfect for relaxing with a cocktail (highly recommend the sangria!), and the location is ideal – close to the best restaurants and nightlife spots in the city. The customer service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond, offering a personalized and attentive experience from start to finish. We came to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and they did more than I could have ever expected to make it special. The breakfast buffet had everything we needed and more, and the 24/7 support made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. I’ll definitely be coming back – this place made our trip unforgettable.

Staff at the reception showed high level of commitment, dedication and respect. Shuttle bus to the old city centre. I’m excited and I had a wonderful time. Can’t wait to come back with family
