Wow, wow, wow – absolutely phenomenal! Where do I even begin? The room and the hotel were a true sea of luxury, kindness, and tranquility. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet peaceful home base in this stunning city – and want a completely carefree vacation – this is the place to be. On top of all the comfort and elegance, the hospitality and helpfulness were out of this world. Breakfast was always delicious and could even be delivered to our room for free, anytime we wanted. In the evenings, there was room service with all the mouthwatering dishes from the hotel’s restaurant downstairs – such a treat! The beds were heavenly, and the apartment had everything you could possibly need if you wanted to cook for yourself. Everything was spotlessly cleaned every single day – they even did the dishes for us, which is truly unheard of! From our room, we had a beautiful view of the busy street, but thanks to the excellent soundproofing, we barely heard a thing. And then, the cherry on top: my partner accidentally left her rings behind in the room, and before our flight had even departed, a staff member personally came to the airport to return them to us for free! That level of hospitality is simply unmatched. Wow, wow, wow – this hotel completely blew us away!

Luxury Chaouen é um alojamento de 4 estrelas situado em Chefchaouene, a 8 minutos a pé de Mohammed 5 Square e a menos de 1 km de Khandak Semmar. Very clean, close to the city center, in a quiet location, free parking. The customer service was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. They were able to get some medicine delivered for my wife after hours. They helped my wife get a birthday cake and decorate our room to surprise me for my birthday. Issam, Mahmoud and Mohamed provided the best customer service possible, they were impressive. We had a great experience because of them. We highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed. Also the great breakfast served in our room was very romantic.

I was very impressed by the lady who checked us in. Her name is Wissam Damrami and she made us feel so comfortable and really took care of us. she is a credit to the Hotel.

O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos. Muito espaçoso, boas condições e com uma ótima varanda! O check-in e a comunicação com o anfitrião correram bastante bem. O anfitrião deu-nos muitas dicas para os nossos dias por Tangêr!

Hotel excepcional. Tudo lindíssimo e confortável. Funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Restaurante persa incrível. Café da manhã absolutamente perfeito.

Very beautiful hotel, design of the room and the hotel is very charming. Location is beautiful with a view of blue city, excellent food at the restaurant. Service staff at the restaurant are very good.
