The customer service was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. They were able to get some medicine delivered for my wife after hours. They helped my wife get a birthday cake and decorate our room to surprise me for my birthday. Issam, Mahmoud and Mohamed provided the best customer service possible, they were impressive. We had a great experience because of them. We highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed. Also the great breakfast served in our room was very romantic.

A special mention to Soufiane at the bar, whose friendly demeanor and excellent service added a wonderful touch to my evenings. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and top-notch amenities. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Tangier

Staff was extremely welcoming, breakfast was incredible, fresh, and unique, the suave was gorgeous and offered the best view of the city. The beds were also wonderfully comfortable and the showers were amazing. They helped in little ways like making some postcards for us and letting us store our bags for a few hours after check out. We will be recommending this place to friends without a doubt.
