The hotel itself is a little paradise on this beautiful island. The rooms and pool area/rooftop, staff, breakfast and whole atmosphere is perfect. Ideal location as well. Stay here when you visit Holbox.

If you want to enjoy Holbox, definitely go to this hotel! Everything is great, food, cleanliness, beds, rooms, staff, clean beach, calmness at the end of the hotels, the sea and especially the manager who solved our accommodation problem with generous compensation. Offering direct access to Playa Norte Beach, on the beautiful island of Holbox, Holbox by Xaloc features luxurious rooms and bungalows with terraces. I had a fantastic stay at Holbox by Xaloc, which truly exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect—the location, the beautiful surroundings, and the unique and charming chalets. The traditional-style accommodations added a lovely, authentic touch, and the pool was a huge hit, especially with the kids. The whole environment felt like a little oasis, peaceful yet vibrant. The hotel is perfectly situated right by the beach and just a short walk to the center with all the shops and restaurants. We only stayed for one night, which was such a pity, but we definitely plan to return for a longer stay. Highly recommended!

You get to enjoy the sunrise over the laguna every morning, and as the hotel has only 8 units, it feels very confidential. The staff is incredibly kind, evening is perfectly clean, and the bed was probably the most confortable I've ever had. It's a charming place that makes you feel in paradise, we can only recommend!

Great room and location on the beach front. The room was modern and had all you need in terms of AC, fan, comfy bed, and a nice big bathroom. With the flexibility of switching between the beach which felt almost private, to a clean pool, to a balcony with a great view. We highly recommend the Villa’s for a visit to holbox. Gibran and Gabi were great hosts and had plenty of recommendations on activities, restaurants and logistics. They made us feel very much at home!

The moment we walked in, it felt like stepping right into a dream. The pictures don’t do this place justice—you truly have to be there in person to experience how lavish and thoughtfully designed it is. Our villa was absolutely stunning. Exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and the highlight was the personal pool with a forest view, and various options for mood lighting. We could not get enough of it. The open-air shower was pure magic. Showering under the sky, surrounded by nature, was an experience in itself. Every little detail felt intentional, making it one of the most luxurious stays we've ever had. The highlight, though, was the concierge service on WhatsApp. Jay and Ara are just brilliant with the guests! We just had to send a message, and whatever we needed was sent to our room promptly. They helped us book taxis, made restaurant reservations, and even gave us directions and suggestions in real time. We are so thankful. But what made the real difference for us were the activities at the property. We tried the ice bath, the yoga sessions, and even the temazcal—and I’m so glad we did. There was so much to do that we never even felt like leaving the hotel. The food was delicious as well. The breakfast, the restaurant, the fresh ingredients—everything was top-notch. Try the Pina Colada!!! Honestly, if you’re thinking about booking—just do it. Milam is pure magic. ✨
