Amazing hotel in the most amazing area of Langkawi. So quiet and pieceful, it is the best hotel and area if you want to relax and enjoy the best pool area and the best beach. Honestly there are no words to describe the beauty of it. Just be mindfull that is quite secudled so if you are looking for a lot of activities and restaurants you will need to have a minimun of 10/15 min ride. The staff is super friendly as well and the rooms are really good.

The villa is fantastic! It was spacious, beautiful, and super clean, and the amenities were hotel-grade. They have hotel-grade pillows, bed linens, towels, and even things like toilet papers are hotel-quality. The utilities inside are well thought-out too. Everything that we could possibly need to make our entire stay comfortable was provided for us. They even prepared lots of free goodies to welcome us upon our arrival. We thought it was very thoughtful to have a free bottle of wine, local fruits, and drinks inside the fridge. The villa staff cleaned the place daily, took care of cleaning the dishes as the dishwasher wasn't working, and they were all very warm and polite. It's the best place to stay for family or group holidays. We recommend it 100%!

Our stay at this villa in Langkawi was absolutely unforgettable! The property is stunning, luxurious and perfectly maintained. Our stay at Casa Del Mar was perhaps the most ideal, relaxing stay we have ever experienced. My husband actually sat still for several days, poolside, and read a book (!!!), dipped in the pool occasionally, slept in the shade, meditated on the ocean scene spread out before him (jet skis far enough in the distance to be interesting but not noisy, parasails colorfully dotting the warm blue skies against puffy white clouds). Breakfast was declicious with western and suburb local offerings—-and plenty of everything. Bar service was exceptional throughout the day. We dined on site one night and the menu, food, and service on the beach was, again, exceptional. The entire staff was all smiles and eager to please—-we felt so very welcome. And—drum roll: the turndown service each evening was charming! We would go out to dinner (the hotel is steps away from the throng of downtown Cenang with all it’s shopping and dining options) though the facility itself feels miles removed) and when we’d return to our room, the lights were dimmed, soft jazz was playing on the internet radio, the sheets were exquisitely “turned” with clever little tokens of paper messages about the weather forecast for the next day, suggestions of what to do, etc. It was like getting a fortune cookie on your bed (without the calories!). Speaking of calories, as part of the turndown service, they also provided large ceramic mugs with fixings for either tea or hot chocolate. And they always had a jar of peanuts and coconut cookies to nibble on throughout the day. And we strongly encourage folks to reserve a “high tea” at least one afternoon. Their tiered trays of savory and patisserie dainties was just as delightful as everything else. We originally considered staying at the hotel further north—-the one with the rooms out over the water. But we opted to be within walking distance of town/activity and we are so very, very glad with out choice. Casa Del Mar is an exceptional hotel and great value!

The hotel is located in the middle of the jungle, not far from a wide secluded bay. We lived in the rainy forest villa. All the buildings are wonderfully integrated into the surrounding nature. For convenience, you can be taken around the territory on a buggy, we preferred to walk along beautiful winding trails, looking at local animals. There were also various birds, monitor lizards and various monkeys, geckos. The weather at the end of November was pleasant, short showers usually took place in the afternoon or late afternoon, it was pleasantly warm. The wide long beach is perfect for leisurely walks. As an activity, you can take a board, kayak or a small sailboat. The beach is well maintained, people are dispersed so that no one bothers anyone. The water was warm and practically wave-free. The staff is attentive and kind. We ate at home, it was convenient, the staff served the table as if we were in a restaurant. We really liked the privacy of this place, and our recommendations are for everyone who loves nature.
