This place met and exceeded my expectations. They fit us into the spa last minute for some wonderful massages, provided little bonuses on arrival (drinks in the room, chocolates, and afternoon tea service) and even a gift upon departure. The bed was comfortable, the pools were clean and in immaculate condition, no detail is overlooked here. I was given the chance to bid for an upgrade and received a garden villa which was huge, I LOVED it! I would 100% go back if I could.

The house was very nice and comfortable. Location of the house is close to the lost world of tambun and restaurants. Facilities also good. The stay here was excellent. Will come again next time.

The cherry on top was the bathroom: giant space with both a shower and a bath-tub. We were staying at the 12th floor which is the “concept floor” meaning you have a dedicated room where you can enjoy free drink and food all day long.

You can play table tennis at this 5-star hotel. The location is a bit off, but the rooms are quite nice and have everything you wish for. View and rooftop pool are amazing. We really enjoyed our time there.

Minerals and Geoscience Department is 9 km from the property. Free private parking is available on site. On arrival the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, the suite was clean and comfortable and had a view overlooking the golf course and pool area. It had lovely modern decor, a good fridge and kettle. The cafe where we bought breakfast (croissants and coffee) was good and we were able to sit outside on the terrace. We also ate both nights in the restaurant which was busy as it was Chinese New Year, but the meals we had were good and the staff worked hard and were helpful and friendly. It was a last minute booking as we initially had booked 4 nights in Cameron Highlands but then realising there wasn't enough to do there, so Ipoh looked to be the next best place to stay on our way to Georgetown. We were very pleased with everything and we took a taxi into Ipoh to see all the street art which was amazing. A good choice for a 2 night stay.
