The property looked brand new, everything was spotless. We got upgraded so ended up with a massive room that had a mini walk in closet, and a huge lounge and sitting area. Such a shame that we were only at the Hyatt for 12 hours (just overnight to catch an early flight out the next day) but everything was wonderful. I would stay again in a heartbeat

Facilities were amazing for the price, communication was second to none. The bathroom was gorgeous. Bed was hard to get out of in the morning!! We left our bags until we had to leave for our flight...can't recommend it enough!

Clean beyond expectations, and amazingly helpful and communicative staff. Easy to find as long as you read the directions provided. Location is great, within walking distance to many mini markets, food stalls, and great restaurants. The owners and staff clearly put a lot of thought into this place. Beyond the basic amenities, they also provided a hairdryer with various attachments (including a diffuser!), and a scale to weight your luggage, which was very useful for us. Would definitely recommend A Residence to any friends and family planning to visit Kota Kinabalu.

The hotel room is superb, feels premium and it is worth the price. The concept is a modern hotel in the forest. Received a warm welcome by the host a.k.a owner. Everything in great condition, attentive staff and amazing service. Great meals everyday, and the staff were always friendly and helpful with good advice. Mohammad Alrad was an fabulous and courteous host, always assisting with our queries and helping with travel guidance. An asset to Bubblefish. Highly recommended for a stay - especially if you love snorkeling and scuba diving - some of the best reefs and dive spots in Borneo in close proximity.

Nestled in the heart of Kota Kinabalu City, Hilton Kota Kinabalu boasts four dining options, a cocktail bar and an outdoor rooftop pool with a bird’s eye view of the city and harbor. Room was good. Food for breakfast was very good filled with a variety of options.

Centrally located in Kota Kinabalu, Hyatt Regency Kinabalu offers spacious and elegant accommodation with free WiFi throughout. The property boasts an outdoor pool and 6 dining options. Breakfast was amazing! I cannot stop thinking about it. Normally not a fan of buffets, but this exceeded my expectations.

We were very happy about the fact that we had a beach. The usage of the other hotels within this resort was allowed - that was amazing! Great gym and the rooms were pretty big. Excellent!
