They provide exceptional service and communication is top notch, the best I have encountered. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The lightings are switch on by touch. The Grab service would drop off sort of behind. That area in the morning is not accessible because of a myr$4 charge to enter for cars. Just walk to Takaful for pick up. At night, the boom gate is open. The foot bridge (10 mins) to the Waterfront near there too. Go to Welcome Seafood by crossing the road next to Nasi Lemak Kahwin and walk through the building to the other side.Great food and service. Watson is also across that road. Great to buy bottle water, medicine and toiletries.

Lovely small boutique hotel-style residence. They have 6 rooms in total, each newly renovated, clean, modern, and full of high-quality amenities (toiletries, slippers, tea etc.). Comfy bed and large rain-shower. Staff were wonderful and helpful: we booked last minute and they were able to help us immediately! Location close to good seafood restaurants and quite central.

The rooms (ours was sea view, king) are spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful and very popular with children, and there is a small beach to access the sea. There are several restaurants to choose from with very good food options. The breakfast buffet (included) was tasty, varied and plentiful. The view from the open-air breakfast area was truly tropical.

Room very spacious with all immanigable facilities. Good sized private terrace. Restaurants are efficient and supply a variety if food.
