The location is perfect, right by the harbor, offering breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding mountains. Waking up to such a stunning view was truly unforgettable. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped, with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The overall design of the room made it feel both stylish and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options, including bread, smoked salmon, local specialties, and a great selection of drinks. Enjoying breakfast while overlooking the beautiful harbor was a highlight of my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always ready to help with recommendations and any requests. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Thon Hotel Svolvær. From the beautiful location to the excellent service, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Svolvær!

Handwritten information of the cabin etc was clearly provided by the owner, signed nicely by the family. Kitchen was full with modern equipments. We loved the view from the living room. It was stormy during our stay, we can't sit outside. We saw aurora in one of the nights. Some notes for next guests: There is a washing machine but no dryer; clothing rack is provided. Be informed: there is a tunnel around the corner which is closed in one direction every hour for an hour for maintenance.
