The breakfast was great; the top floor glass windowed - and floored - restaurant was trippy; the pool and sauna were relaxing; the staff was wonderful, especially Smriti, who was at the front desk, but throughout the entire hotel. She was genuinely interested in my well-being, and I assume, everyone's.

A one in a million type of a hotel director, which nowadays has became rare to find. Hospitality is with no doubt in this hotel and thanks to the leadership and hospitality of its Direftor Mr. Basu, superb. I will very soom come back to Kathmandu and again book my stay in this splendid and elegant hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
