The staff is very professional and nice. It’s director Mr. Basu is always available and extremely nice and keen to offer its support and the most pleasent stay to all guests. A one in a million type of a hotel director, which nowadays has became rare to find. Hospitality is with no doubt in this hotel and thanks to the leadership and hospitality of its Direftor Mr. Basu, superb. I will very soom come back to Kathmandu and again book my stay in this splendid and elegant hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The Airport pickup service on electric van was excellent and punctual. The place has a great location in the very heart of the Thamel quarter. Easy access to restaurants, nightlife and Durbar square. The room is cozy and clean. Cost value is excellent. Panta (sorry for misspelling), the manager, showed interest about my travel plans and volunteered to give me excellent hotel advices in other cities and places. If again in the city I will repeat for sure.

Everything was excellent we should land at kathmandu airport at 11 pm but because of heavy rain we landed at 4am and I had booked in advance for airport pickup once I landed and done with immigration I called hotel they make sure to arrive in 15mins to pickup and brought to hotel every thing was excellent location,staff,rooms,we got I'll and extended 1 day and they make sure if we need medical help or any they can.please visit them and give a chance for there hospitality.thank you to every staff from security guard to till upper class position make our stay feel like home.

The hotel staff is so kind and polite, that at one point I wondered whether I even deserve to be treated THAT nice! Really, I felt like a queen. These are the kind of people who say "you're the MOST welcome, ma'am" instead of "you're welcome" and if an issue arises, they solve it in seconds. What an exceptional hospitality! Everything matches the pictures and there is everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel: comfortable big beds with crispy bedsheets, amazing breakfast, beautiful infinity pool etc., but there are also some nice unexpected touches, like a welcome drink upon arrival, or Chenrezig mantra softly playing in the background during breakfast. It's crazy how you can get such service for such relatively low price. Unmatched quality. The only "disadvantage" is that you get spoiled and it's more difficult to stay in other hotels later.
