The King size bed was very comfortable and we had everything needed for an enjoyable three night stay. Our host, Julie, was friendly and welcoming, without being intrusive. She gave us many good recommendations and provides a laundry service, which was much appreciated on our extended trip. Pahia is a beautiful spot to spend a few days. Highly recommended.

All rooms at Edgewater Paihia have views toward the ocean. Each apartment includes a spacious kitchen, laundry facilities and an en suite bathroom with under-floor heating. Clean, good location, excellent kitchen equipment, Good washing machine and dryer. The location is perfect—just steps from the sand. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Enjoyed stunning sunset views from the balcony.

Each modern guest room includes a private deck area with outdoor furniture, as well as a kitchenette with cooking facilities. All have a seating area with cable TV. Spacious and clean room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room has window screens and regular pest control so no bugs or insects. Host is super friendly. Set in Paihia and only 2 km from Te Ti Bay Beach, Hyview offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Guests can benefit from a patio and a sun terrace. The property is non-smoking and is situated 9.3 km from Opua Forest. Bob & Margaret were exceptional hosts. The accommodation with great, clean and the fan above the bed great for the warm weather. It had a lovely spa with a gorgeous view! We have already booked to stay again.

Panorama Heights Apartment is situated in Paihia, 9.2 km from Opua Forest, 1.5 km from Paihia Harbour, as well as 4.1 km from Waitangi Treaty Grounds. The 4-star apartment has garden views and is 1.9 km from Te Ti Bay Beach. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Everything! The accommodation is perfect in a superb location overlooking the bay. It is Immaculately clean and well furnished, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Basic essentials were provided as well as breakfast cereal, milk, tea & coffee, biscuits and even a bottle of wine. Murray & Pam are the perfect hosts and were on hand with tips/advice during our stay. It's a great base for exploring the Bay of Islands, Paihia itself is a lovely little town, we took the car ferry to Russell and a boat trip from Paihia to the hole in the rock and went to Kerikeri to see the waterfalls. It really is the perfect place if you just want to chill out; we loved watching the sun come up each morning; a stunning view.

A patio with garden views is offered in all units. Our stay at Te Awa was the perfect welcome to New Zealand. Our hosts provided a personal experience for us in the Bay of Islands. The setting couldn’t have been more spectacular on the banks of the river, and our room was very comfortable and peaceful. We enjoyed the pool each afternoon, following a day of exploring, and watched the moon rise each evening from the expansive deck. Breakfasts were delicious and prepared us for a day of activity. We appreciated every recommendation provided by Martin and Joelson. They definitely set the bar for the rest of our time in New Zealand. If you have the chance to stay here, we couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Set within 21 km of Opua Forest and 3.7 km of Kemp House and Stone Store, Treghan Luxury Lodge features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Kerikeri. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. The bed and breakfast also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. This was the most amazing stay. As soon as we arrived the owners welcomed us down to our room and went through everything in the property and also supplied fruit, yoghurt, fresh bread and home made muesli. We were also upgraded to a gorgeous 2 bedroom with a an amazing garden view. Everything was so nice and clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were walking distance or a short drive into town. Anna & Murray also supplied us with a book of everything to do in kerikeri / bay of islands (activities and restaurants). I could go on all day about how amazing our stay here was. I was very sad to have to leave. Recommend this stay 20/10
