Arista of Rotorua studios are 20 minutes’ walk from the famous Polynesian Spa. The property features a BBQ area and a pirate ship children’s playground set in lovely gardens. Our apartment was exceptional – spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen that made meal prep so easy (they even thought of coffee creamer!). The convenient coin-operated laundry facility was a huge bonus, and its central location near downtown Rotorua was absolutely ideal. This truly felt like a home away from home, and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting Rotorua!

Centrally located in Rotorua on a quiet leafy residential street, 20 minutes' walk from the centre of town, local shops and dining options. Trevor and Rosemary are excellent hosts! The studio is very spacious, comfortable and warm. Location was great, very close to the city centre.

Conveniently situated motel in central Rotorua, this property puts you close to attractions and interesting dining options. Curtis is a terrific young man and very helpful!

It really felt like a home away from home. My girls loved the pool and the pool house was really convenient to put the girls togs and found that they were all dry for their next swim. The house was very clean. The house was really spacious and the rooms were decent size. We are planning to stay again for our baby's 9th birthday to finish off the last attractions in Rotorua and visit the luge again. Thank you Airistaair!
