The centrally located Pohutukawa Lodge is an 8-minute walk from Whangarei's town centre. It is 5 minutes' drive from Whangarei Events Centre and Toll Stadium (Semenoff Stadium). Whangarei Airport is a 15-minute drive away. Our room was immaculately clean and very comfortable!!!

Avalon, in a tranquil garden setting, offers self-catering cottages with free Wi-Fi and balconies overlooking the valley and the Puketotora River. It features a chemical-free outdoor swimming pool and spa facilities. Great location, tucked away from the world, but easy to access everywhere. The facilities offered were first class. Great pool and spa.

Each unit has a kitchenette or kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, and toaster. There is also a large lounge area with Sky TV and/or a Smart TV. Great views and a short drive from some amazing beaches. Host Mark was super helpful and gave us some great tips on what to do and where to eat.

Avenue Heights Motel offers a range of clean and modern studios, an accessible unit plus 1 & 2 bedroom units all within walking distance of the Whangarei CBD. The Motel offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi and Sky Guest Select with over 65+ channels to choose from. All studios have a kitchenette with a small fridge and a bench-top cooking hob or Full Stove with oven. The location was great and convenient for local amenities and attractions. Danny and Nancy were great hosts, providing a clean and modern motel for us to stay in. We used the pool and parking was easy The bed was comfortable and the place was so clean. Free use of a washing machine made life easier too.

The King size bed was very comfortable and we had everything needed for an enjoyable three night stay. Our host, Julie, was friendly and welcoming, without being intrusive. She gave us many good recommendations and provides a laundry service, which was much appreciated on our extended trip. Pahia is a beautiful spot to spend a few days. Highly recommended.

Edgewater Palms Apartments is located opposite Paihia's main beach and offers an infinity lap pool set amongst landscaped tropical grounds. Guests enjoy free unlimited WiFi.

All rooms at Edgewater Paihia have views toward the ocean. Each apartment includes a spacious kitchen, laundry facilities and an en suite bathroom with under-floor heating. Clean, good location, excellent kitchen equipment, Good washing machine and dryer. The location is perfect—just steps from the sand. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Enjoyed stunning sunset views from the balcony.

Located in Kerikeri, this property is only 200 metres from the town centre. Guests have access to free WiFi and free private parking.

All rooms at Stay Kerikeri boast a low-rise retro architecture style. The rooms are large, fully self-contained and are serviced daily by housekeeping. Facilities include flat-screen satellite TV, hairdryers, iron and ironing board. Felt very at home. Loved the laundry facilities. It was very very clean. Excellent kitchen facility. Great hosts.

Located in a quiet position on Kerikeri Road, the colonial-style Kerikeri Park Lodge features modern decor and is set on 3.5 acres of lovely park like grounds. Guests enjoy a spacious free parking area and a BBQ area on request. All accommodation features free Wi-Fi and private cooking facilities. New build two story. Perfect for those with a vehicle.
