The hotel is located right on the beach, nice green area around, the pools were nice, very friendly and welcoming staff, the buffet food was amazingly delicious. There is room service with reasonable prices. The beach is sandy, very clean, it wasn't crowded, also around the pools were spacious.

Samir and Walaa at the front desk were incredibly helpful to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The property is newly opened in Hawana and the vibe is so fresh. Highly recommended.

Among the facilities of this property there is a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and room service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The check experience was seamless and honestly one of the best I've ever had. We were warmly greeted with my partner and taken care of in the best way possible (they provide comp drinks upon arrival and refreshing towels). The facility is absolutely stunning, the beach is out of the world, and there were only few guests in the hotel (plus it's kinda remote), so every time we went to the beach, it was just us two and it felt like it's our private beach. The included breakfast was one of the best as well. I definitely would come back to this property (can't wait to test their SPA too lol).
