On one of the days we were visited by a caravan of camels 😊! The quality of the food was exceptional. The experience from breakfast to dinner, was enhanced by attentive and friendly staff. Special thanks to Ibrahim for making breakfast delightful, and the new manager for introducing himself to us. My husband and I also enjoyed a professionally done spa treatment that left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Special thanks also to housekeepers Sardkarkhan and Rinos for their kind, friendly and impeccable service- never once did they frown when we asked for refills of water, coffee, tea and milk. All the staff member’s dedication to guest satisfaction made us feel truly valued. We left Alila Hinu feeling refreshed and eager to return for our next visit, which for sure will be longer.
