From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The waitresses were equally amazing, and they created such a warm and joyful atmosphere that made my birthday celebration truly unforgettable. It was honestly the best birthday I’ve ever had, thanks to their care and attention. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable experience.

Located 2 km away from Salalah, Crowne Plaza Resort Salalah is surrounded by lush tropical gardens. The hotel has a large outdoor pool, overlooking the Indian Ocean and the sandy beach. The staff were very courteous and helpfully. A special thanks goes to Cherry at the front desk. Also the rooms are clean, the breakfast is varied and the hotel location is outstanding and in close proximity to the all markets and happenings.

We had a great stay. Samir and Walaa at the front desk were incredibly helpful to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The property is newly opened in Hawana and the vibe is so fresh. Highly recommended.

Occupying a beachfront location, this oasis is the first luxury villa resort in Salalah situated along the south coast of Dhofar. EVERYTHING there was a bit of mix up at check in .. due to being crowded (busy season). They automatically upgraded me for free to a villa i explicitly said i didnt want at time of booking. They managed to get me the rooms i desired in no time. How? I still dont know!... amazing staff .. thank you Selim and Adnan
