Everything was pretty good overall. All email communications with Gustavo were great prior to our stay and during. We originally booked on booking.com at a very high price and kept looking and got a much better deal.....so I'd suggest if you're paying approx $250 USD it's a good deal. Food was great, grounds are immaculate (loved the 🦜 & all the 💐's), pool was nice and cold but great when in the sun for abit! We were there 2 nights/ 3 days for the sole purpose of relaxing and that's sure what we did.
As mentioned in prior reviews, we found Peruvian families on site using the facilities and their clothing everywhere by the pool and grounds...maybe lockers should be provided for this. Only 6 lounge chairs by the pool, so not really good in that sense when hotel guests who are paying can't even get access. Also tables to put drinks on would be good (I think I also only saw 1 of those and again occupied by non-hotel guests).
It would be nice if they had the theatre in English as well maybe at a different time. We couldn't get the TV to work really nor in English even after the maintenance guy came. We had several mosquitoes in the room upon check in, however was quickly rectified with a call to the desk and a lady came to spray and put plug ins. Woukd have been nice if we had clean chairs outside on the balcony for morning coffee (they were covered in bird poop) so we layed towels down on them as they were a tad tough to get clean.
Yolanda at breakfast was exceptional. Went above and beyond for Us. We were also celebrating our Anniversary and they added a little nice touch to Our room upon arrival.
We found it very clean, quiet, great food (make sure to save room for the Aranwa Experience desert....it's exceptional and have your phone ready for a video!). We had a pisco sour demonstration and it was awesome as we made our own & then got to consume them. They were delicious!!.

Situated in Urubamba, 600 metres from Sir Torrechayoc Church, Kutimuy Lodge features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. Each accommodation at the 4-star hotel has city views, and guests can enjoy access to a sauna and a hot tub. The accommodation offers room service and a 24-hour front desk for guests. The Lodge is highly recommendable. The area is super safe and close to the center of Urubamba. The Family Bungalows are very spacious and super clean. We saw that the team cleaned everything (including curtains and windows) after each departure. They cleaned it also from the „former“ energy. Breakfast was served direkt to your bungalow at the time you want - just tell them per WhatsApp or personally. The service is outstanding. Luis and Anna helped us more than we ever expected. I had a medical issue because of the altitude and Luis drove us to the medical center - stayed and translated for us! Just amazing! Anna and Luis are the souls and the owners of the Kutimuy Lodge - Thank you for all you did - from our hearts! Go there - enjoy the Lodge and never ask if the price is to high! It is not! This review is written by an „old“ hotelier from Switzerland. I work since 25 Years in that business and I know what I am talking about! All the best wishes for the future from Mr. Frank and Ulrike

The hotel structure, facilities and breakfast buffet were outstanding. Room superbly clean with great view.
Beautiful location by the fast flowering river in the Center of the sacred valley. The hotel is set around and ancient hacienda with multiple courtyards, terraces and a museum and cinema. The gardens are perfection, the pool, lakes and island chapel all lovely. The spa is world class and the chef worthy of international recognition. And the staff……. In our experience Peruvians are the warmest and most welcoming of people and it seemed that the best of those traits were in abundance here.
The service manager together with the serving staff team is great. I received a lot of help during my 4 night stay there. Especially for visitors who don’t speak the language, it takes a bit to understand and work things out. Location is 5 stars in my opinion - easy navigation (few mins walk to reach the Main Street Ave de Sol there s everything you need.
Clean and spacious rooms. The hotel is hidden away from the busy road which makes it very quiet. At breakfast they make you fresh eggs. Choice is plenty. For a budget hotel this was 5 stars
We booked two rooms for a family of four. Our kids room had a super cute balcony and was large and spacious with a great view. The showers in both rooms were superb and there was lots of hot water. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. There was a lot of fresh food on offer as well as delicious cake. The young chef was very friendly and cooked great eggs. It was one of the best breakfasts we had in Peru. We were able to leave our luggage so we could go to the hot springs after we had checked out. Staff were very helpful.
An amazing oasis in the heart of the sacred valley. The rooms were comfy and classy - and ours had an outstanding view
It was so nice to retreat to this lovely hotel after a long day of sightseeing. The location has exceptional views and tranquility, but is just a short walk to the main plaza. The staff was very helpful. The chef packed us breakfast/lunch boxes to take on our early excursions. The restaurant dinner and breakfast were top quality. The rooms were beautiful. The parking was free. We have nothing but positive things to say about the hotel. We liked it so much that we booked another night after our trip to Machupicchu.
