The Antigua Casona San Blas is a family-owned and operated boutique hotel in the historic center of Cusco with 50 rooms. The best hotel in our one month to Peru! Tea and warm water bottle before sleep is amazing! Stuff also are super nice and are fluently in english. Marvellous interior!

Wyndham Costa del Sol Cusco is a converted 17th-century mansion located in Cusco’s centre, a few steps away from Cusco Main Square and La Merced Church. It was our 2nd time visiting Cusco and this hotel. The staff are super friendly, special thanks to the restaurant staff Seyda, Alexander and Marcelo, who made the stay very memorable.

Tambo del Inka, a luxury establishment located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, is the only hotel in Urubamba that has a private train station with connections to Machu Picchu. This was our second time to go to this hotel. I like so much the rooms, the huge common spaces and the wellness. The coffee machine in the room is a real extra. We traveld to Machu Picchu with the train (from the hotel’s train station) - it’s very comfy.

Aranwa is set on a sumptuous 17th century hacienda on the road to Machu Pichu. Luxurious facilities include a swimming pool, a spa featuring alternative medicine treatments and a museum. Great environment, comfortable rooms

Aranwa offers 5-star luxury set in a refurbished sixteenth century mansion, declared National Historic Monument in 1980, in downtown Cuzco. Absolutely fantastic property and great customer service.

Part of Tierra Viva Hotels Chain, this property is located in Urubamba, the heart of the Sacred Valley, 60 km from the centre of Cusco and only 11 km from Ollantaytambo, the starting point to explore... My husband and I loved our stay in Tierra Viva. The views from the surrounding mountains are beautiful. Staff is super friendly and always ready to help. Food was delicious; both the breakfast menu and the restaurant menu. Rooms are so spacious and well decorated. We loved the green areas where you can chill in hammocks, outdoor beds, and sit around the fireplace. Mind the location is not walkable distance from the closest town which is Urubamba; you must take a taxi to get you there. This is a great stay if you want to relax for some days after the high-pace touristic days.

Palacio del Inka, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Cusco Collection Hotel is located in front of the Koricancha, in central Cusco. The central train station is within walking distance. I cannot recommend Palacio del Inka highly enough! A few notable reasons why we loved our stay: (1) The staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay exceeds expectations. We were delighted to be upgraded to a suite during our second stay at the hotel following our 3 night Inca Trail trek. (2) We LOVED the complimentary breakfast. The buffet and menu had a number of unique options to choose from and everything was extremely tasty. The dining room and outdoor courtyard are also beautiful. (3) The complimentary pisco sour class was engaging and a ton of fun. (4) The hotel aesthetic was beautiful. (5) Location is great -- centrally located and on flat ground, which means that if you are taking tours, it's very easy for the tour operator to pick you up. (6) The spa was great.
