This hotel was outstanding, even for experienced travelers. The spacious colonial architecture combined perfectly with the convenient furnishings. The bed was super extra-large, literally over 2 meters wide. The exceptional breakfast offered a wide variety of food. The staff were very helpful and always ready to ensure guests felt comfortable. In our experience Peruvians are the warmest and most welcoming of people and it seemed that the best of those traits were in abundance here.

Part of Tierra Viva Hotels Chain, this property is located in Urubamba, the heart of the Sacred Valley, 60 km from the centre of Cusco and only 11 km from Ollantaytambo, the starting point to explore... We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel and it was one of the best hotels we had in our 14 day trip in Peru. The hotel is not located in the centre of Urubamba which we loved as it is set in a quite location near the river and had amazing mountain views all around. Rooms are vey spacious with beautiful décor, comfortable beds with views of the garden and mountains. Food during breakfast and dinner was really good and there's many options to choose from. All employees were very nice and helpful.

Beautiful historic property. Super close to everything. Great breakfast, excellent staff Very cool place! Worth the price

The suite was large, refrigerator ,stove and other kitchen items were provided though we did not use them. 20 minute walk to the city central. Staff was attentive and arranged a taxi to ollantatambo. Breakfast was very good and even brought to our suite. A throughly enjoyable night.
