It was all about the staff they were so friendly and help property was fine but the staff made our stay exceptional.

Constantly made small, caring gestures. Always took care of us and attentive our wishes. Room clean and nice, and in our room was 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets, which is very comfortable if one wants to shower and the other privacy in the toilet😆 Excess straight to the beach for breathtaking sunsets and chilled sunbathing (coconut trees natural sun shade), with amazing service and constant refresh with cooled water, totally safe for belongings (always stuff watching it). It was so far one of the best places we stayed in Phillipines and not just for the location, but for professional care of the stuff!

From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how new and well-maintained the facilities were. The pool and gym were in pristine condition, and the public areas exuded modern elegance. My room, a beach-facing sanctuary, was nothing short of perfect. It offered all the amenities and comforts one would expect from a five-star resort. The view was absolutely breathtaking—truly the closest you can get to the Boracay beach, with its sparkling white sand and turquoise waters stretching out before me. The staff deserves special recognition for their genuine friendliness and efficiency. Every interaction felt personal and warm, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my various requests. This level of attentiveness made my stay feel uniquely tailored to my needs. The managers were equally impressive, always present and ensuring that every guest, including myself, was fully satisfied and had their needs anticipated. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay. Dining in a pleasant beachfront setting was a delightful way to start each day, and the combination of excellent food and impeccable service made it even more memorable. The serene atmosphere added an extra layer of magic to the experience. The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. Situated on the long stretch of Boracay's iconic white beach, it enjoys a prime spot where the beach is cleaner and less crowded. It felt like my own slice of paradise. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and personalized retreat in Boracay. I enjoyed staying at this place alot, it's kinda remote location (not really remote only 5 minutes by bike from the liveliest place in the island) gave me a calming and enjoyable time, you do not hear much noises or music when you try to sleep. And the staff were AMAZING I'd say whatever this place is missing in the location department is being compensated by the amazing spacious room, good food and amazing staff. The staff would advice me daily on which to try and which to avoid while I'm riding the trycle and would give me really great insights. A special awards go to Mark he's a true hero. On my last day in the island there was an island wide electricity shutdown due to a bad wiring in one of the major electricity lines which then held all ATMs activities in the island, and due to the island relying solely on cash instead of cards I couldn't purchase a return ticket to the main-land which almost made me lose my flight. Mark then offered to loan me some cash to buy the boat ticket to catch my flight ( which he totally didn't have to at all) and then i contacted my friend to gcash it back and thanks to his big help, I managed to catch my flight on the last moment.

The vibe is amazing. The location is perfect. The service is excellent.

Mandala Spa and Villas is located on the island paradise of Boracay Station 3. A 10-minute walk from White Beach, the eco-friendly resort features a spa and spacious villas. Beutiful and quite place , an escape from the rush of the city, and yet very clost to everything. Located at station 3, only a few minutes to white beach. The staff is on another level, very pleasent and worm and made our stay really great. The facilities were spacious with full privacy, with attention to details such as music and smell in the rooms. They also offer healthy and dalicious food in the restaurant at the place, with affordable prices. There is also a Spa at the hotel, with wonderfull treatments and great packages to hotel visitors.

Located in Boracay, One Hagdan Villas offers accommodation with seating area. Free WiFi is available. First of all, we had such a warm greeting by the staff, especially Rosebie, she was responsible for taking good care of us. She did an excellent job making sure that we were having a great time and responded to our requests on WhatsApp almost instantly. Conditions and interior of each room and common space, balcony, infinity pool etc. were all so amazing. The view is great by the way. We constantly spoke about what great choice we made by booking here. Some reviews say that it is hard to find an e-trike, but Rosebie helped us reserve every time if we just request 30~45 mins in advance, so we had no trouble getting to Astoria in time for the island hopping or for just getting to dmall or checking out. Getting back also was not an issue as drivers all knew One Hagdan. Lastly I felt very bad because we lost the main door key.. but Rosebie handled the situation warmly.
