John the owner he’s not doing that “host” act. He’s just a solid guy who actually shows up for his guests. No delays, no excuses, no attitude. You need something? It’s done. You’ve got questions? He answers them before you even ask. No ego, no weird vibe just pure respect and presence. It’s rare as hell. Even the scooter rental is on point brand new, rides clean, price is fair. Not one of those beat-up bikes everyone else tries to pass off as “ok.” This isn’t just a place to sleep. It’s run properly. It feels good. You can tell someone gives a shit about the details and that alone makes it better than half the so-called “top-rated” places out there. Stay here. That’s it.

There is also good places to eat within a minute walk as well as there own restaurant. They also use what'sapp so you can ask them for anything. It's only a 5 minute scooter ride to the mainstrip.

The resort has a terrace and sea views, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. Punta Punta is such a unique property and we had an incredible stay! I was blown away by the details in the room and bathroom- very aesthetic! The grounds were also beautiful and the staff was very friendly. We had quite a few meals at the property which were light and healthy and everything was delicious. Although the property is a bit further from town, we had a scooter which made it a quick trip to go anywhere. Also, the Tuk Tuk to town is very affordable and can be arranged by the team. I highly recommend the property and would stay again.

Located around 15 km from Guyam Island, the apartment is also 28 km away from Magpupungko Rock Pools. Outdoor seating is also available at the apartment. Easy to find as it was just off main road. Dante was very nice and helpful. Our flight arrived early morning and we could arrange an early morning check in for a fee (7am). The appartement was larger than the photos.
