John the owner he’s not doing that “host” act. He’s just a solid guy who actually shows up for his guests. No delays, no excuses, no attitude. You need something? It’s done. You’ve got questions? He answers them before you even ask. No ego, no weird vibe just pure respect and presence. It’s rare as hell. Even the scooter rental is on point brand new, rides clean, price is fair. Not one of those beat-up bikes everyone else tries to pass off as “ok.” This isn’t just a place to sleep. It’s run properly. It feels good. You can tell someone gives a shit about the details and that alone makes it better than half the so-called “top-rated” places out there. Stay here. That’s it.

And the room with the outdoor shower (not to mention the views) exceeded my expectation. Overall, Punta Punta was a great choice away from the hustle and bustle of General Luna.

This place is AMAZING! The staff are so attentive and courteous, they’ve helped us with everything, we absolutely loved them! Great location, just a few minutes walk from the General Luna. The hotel is exceptional ! The rooms are so big and cozy, the bed is huge, the shower is big and has enough place for two people. And they’ve thought of everything! There’s a mini fridge in your room with lots of stuff, complimentary drinking water, beach towels, umbrellas for rainy days etc.. You can even order food from the hotel restaurant to your room! And the food is absolutely amazing! The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and the whole resort is magical !

Dante was very nice and helpful. Our flight arrived early morning and we could arrange an early morning check in for a fee (7am). The appartement was larger than the photos.
