We booked through Booking.com and they told us we were their first guests from the platform which was such a sweet surprise. To welcome us they beautifully decorated our room and left a very cute message for us it was such a thoughtful gesture. The service was outstanding and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the view from our window was truly beautiful. We felt very well taken care of and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay!

One late-night emergency had us needing something urgently from the city, and despite being short-staffed, the management didn’t hesitate to help, even arranging personal transport. That level of care is rare in our country to be honest The location? Simply unbeatable. Waking up to panoramic views of Rakaposhi, the glowing valley, and surrounding mountains was surreal. The ambiance of the resort is artistically curated, with every corner thoughtfully decorated and barcodes linking to artist stories — a beautiful touch. The rooms are ultra-modern and tech-forward, equipped with Google Home voice assistants in every room — a first for any hotel in Pakistan! To top it all off, this is the first place I’ve stayed that truly offers value for money in a tourist hotspot like Hunza, where most 4-star hotels tend to overcharge. The food is 100000/10 🤤 i stayed there for 3 days just because of the comfort this hotel and the staff there provides. I would love to go and stay there again.

The hotel staff was very cooperative, namely the receptionist Mr. Ali Shah; he was very polite and tried his best to provide us with everything, the hotel chef Mr. Younus and the hotel driver were very professional.
