While I initially encountered an issue with the valet service, I'm pleased to report that the hotel management promptly resolved it. They located my missing luggage, acknowledged their mistake, and offered a sincere apology for the inconvenience. This proactive and professional response has improved my impression of Altus Palace. I now feel more confident about considering them for future stays. Kudos to the hotel for their efforts in making things right. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the Christmas Holidays, what created a wonderful atmosphere :)

The neighborhood and the building from the outside look like there are old. However, from the inside, the apartment is modern and large. You will find everything inside the cabinets of the kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a coffee machine). The bed is soft and conformable with an extra sofa bed. The building is served by a beautiful glass elevator. The hotel provides protection for guests by providing a surveillance and security system.
