Our room was spacious, modern designed and very clean. Wonderful spa area, warm water in the pool, sauna and everything are included in the price. Breakfast is delicious and has a large choice. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the Christmas Holidays, what created a wonderful atmosphere :)

The 4-star Zamek Topacz hotel is a complex of six buildings surrounded by 50-hectare grounds with a garden and a pond. Customer service is brilliant. The girl at the reception answered all of the questions before arrival and on the day of arrival. They made sure that there would be a double bed in the room. I did book a room for my parents. They were happy and satisfied with the facilities, room, bed, and breakfast. Swiming pool is free for guests, but it was too late to enjoy it. My parents were traveling by car, and they arrived at the hotel very late, just because their GPS brought them to a different location and it was dark (they did not use mobile apps to find the location) so for their inconvenience it took them about an hour or two to drive around to find the hotel.
