The hotel is designed in a very modern yet warm style. From the lobby through the public areas and into the rooms, everything reflects Nordic design with a cozy touch. The staff is wonderful and always ready to help. Even before our arrival, we requested that one room have a double bed and the other two separate beds, that the rooms be opposite each other (not necessarily with a connecting door), far from the elevator, and if possible on a high floor. The only request that wasn’t fulfilled was the high floor, we were on the second floor, but it didn’t bother us at all. We were far from the elevator, and the parents’ room and the teenagers’ room were directly opposite each other. One pleasant surprise we may have missed in the description, but which was wonderful, especially during the cold week we stayed, was the heated bathroom floor. It was an absolute pleasure. Every request, whether it was for plates and cutlery when we ordered food from outside, which were brought quickly straight to our room with a smile and without any need for us to go down to the lobby, or asking the staff to call restaurants to help us confirm that our order had gone through, was always handled gladly and with a genuine willingness to help. As for the location, there’s not much to compare, it’s very good. There are several nearby restaurants, convenient public transportation, and within about a 10-minute walk there are a few cafés and a pharmacy. Overall, the location was great. It’s a very quiet area and a bit deserted in the evening, but that’s simply the difference between the Old Town and the city center.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza Warsaw and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The breakfast was truly exceptional—easily the best I have encountered at any hotel. The variety of high-quality options was remarkable, and despite my best efforts, I was not able to sample everything. The freshly prepared juices and excellent coffee further enhanced the breakfast experience. The hotel's location is very convenient, situated approximately 10 minutes by Uber from the Old Town, providing easy access to many key attractions. Throughout my stay, I found the hotel to be immaculately clean, and I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. Overall, I would highly recommend Crowne Plaza Warsaw to both business and leisure travelers and would be delighted to return on my next visit to the city.
