We visited in low season, so definitely that also has it's effect, we prefer travelling when it's not overcrowded. The staff was wonderful and pleasant from the front desk to everyone else. Kudos to them for keeping their positive energy and being kind. The pool and spa was super clean which I also liked and appreciated. The pool isn't too deep, it's just 1,4m which we found perfect for some relaxing swimming and the ideal length to do some circles. I loved the breakfast and dinner options as the food varied everyday and we had "homemade options" which I really appreciated having fresh salads, soups, several dishes and options for everyone's taste. The room looked as in the picture and it had an amazing view. Definitely coming back to this location.

The underground parking garage was easy to park in for a ski resort and incredibly convenient. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very friendly. I highly recommend booking a stay here!
