The room was new, modern, spaciuos, very clean with everything that you need. We had late checkin, host was excellent, with providing information how we should checkin. Location excelent, is only 50m from ski lift and same as markets, restorants.

Very good location next to supermarket and restarurant. The parking is in the back of the building. The spa center was small but clean and very nice to use. Jacuzzi and sauna - working all the time. The rooms were very clean and warm. I would use this accomodaton again.

Situated at 1650 meters of altitude within Kopaonik National Park, Putnik is a 15-minute walk from the town centre and the ski-lifts. It features a ski school with equipment hire and storage. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was exceptional, particularly the staff. From the reception to housekeeping and dining staff, every employee was outstanding in their professionalism and standard of guest care. The pool is beautiful and the temperature perfect, and the pool room is kept at a nice warm temperature. The rooms are beautiful, spotless and well appointed. We asked for extra towels and were accommodated at every level. The dining room is directed by a distinguished gentleman who is impeccable; under his direction his seemingly happy staff provides a lovely dining experience at every meal. The entire resort is just lovely and we had a wonderful stay.

The team are very welcoming, always happy to help with any topics and make you feel at home. The restaurant is also top notch!
