Featuring 5-star accommodation, Jabal Omar Jumeirah, Makkah is located in Makkah, 250 m from Masjid Al Haram and 10 km from Hira Cave. Ohh my my my.. just abt everything. All employees at the hotel are very polite and welcoming.. from the security, house keeping team to receptionists ..especially the lady at the reception called lady Lujain.she is a Jem. Always on call for all the help in needed.How nice of her. She made my stay ultimately comfortable.. early check in and late check out. Mavourous! The b/fast buffet ..very delicious . The house keeping was spot on. Very neat & clean. The rooms and new and well maintained mashallah.very spacious and well organized. I like the decor and interior design.

We did not order breakfast since we were preparing ourselves for Ramadhan.

The hotel is located in the commercial center of Jeddah, midway from the old town and Corniche, which makes it very convenient for travel. The community where the hotel is located is very quiet, but there are many lovely restaurants and shops nearby, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Hotel Design: Modern and stylish, fully functional. The hotel's design is fashionable and simple, full of modernity. The quality of the decoration materials is excellent, and the design contains many thoughtful details, making the user experience very humane. Room and Facilities: Our room had a small balcony, facing the small business garden at the back of the hotel. The restaurants and shops downstairs emit a charming urban atmosphere, not noisy, and relaxing. The equipment and bedding in the room are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, the shower height is especially excellent, and the quality of the bathroom fragrance and products used is very good. Staff service: Thoughtful and enthusiastic while maintaining a proper sense of boundaries, paying attention to the guests' needs without causing disturbances. The parking service was very helpful to us. Breakfast: The hotel's breakfast is set in the Baker & Spice restaurant on the ground floor. Hotel guests can choose any breakfast set meal. The ingredients are fresh, the seasoning is rich, and the dining atmosphere is relaxed. Highly recommended.

Honestly I really loved how staff are taking care of their guests. This was the must important thing for any guest to look for. Before I used to stay at Hilton Jeddah but unfortunately lately it has been with the worst management ever. Since I moved to the ritz I felt valued and staff have been politely calling me everyday if I want to extend my stay and if I need any help. Thanks to all staff for the warm welcome at the front desk and here are some names I remember but doesn’t exclude the others. Thanks to Moluk, Waleed and Mr Khalid. I will definitely come back to this place
