A ton of activities for the kids and the room was perfect for our family of five with a private sleep space for the children.

It is modern and beautiful both inside and out, great ambiance with attention to detail, the staff is kind and attentive, it offers parking (with EV chargers), the rooms spacious but also cozy, spotlessly clean and quiet, the bathroom is beautiful, the shower is great, the bed is comfortable, the wi-fi works well, there’s a nice patio to sit in the sun, an amazing breakfast is included in the price, it is serious about sustainability and its location is great.

Seems like it has been built from the start for rentals. ▪︎Interiors was just magnificent with the color matching ▪︎Internal desing soft and elegant The bed was very comfortable! (We slept on the one closer to the living-room. The other room had a harder mattress, which is great for having the possibility to choose what is best for your own taste! Overall, it has been a perfect getaway for us, connecting away from the busy city, enjoying some quiet time. Thank you, Jennie, for your easy & rapid communication !

The owners left us some cool drinks and homemade cinnamon rolls. It is a very clean and neat property with a nice view on the lake.

Just 5 km from central Strömstad, Daftö Resort offers a summertime theme park with an outdoor pool and children's activity house. Strömstad Golf Club is 8 km away. We had no idea what to expect from a "pirate hotel", but it was above any expectation! Besides that, it was a wonderfull room, with big balcony, big big bed and all very clean and "piratty". In detail!

This hotel is housed in a medieval, 13th-century building, only 100 metres from Visby Cathedral. Free WiFi is offered. Perfect location...close to centre but lovely peaceful location in this ancient building. Super friendly owner and wife who gave good advice when asked about sea fishing on Gotland and where to take an evening walk on our first night there.

An amazing building staffed by amazing people. The food was top notch, matching the service. The staff was very knowledgeable regarding the history of the building and I even got a personal tour by the fantastic Michael, due to me having the luck of arriving on a slow evening. The chef had a night of due to this, but Michael made me a fabulous Toast Skagen and the best Västerbotten pie that I have lever tasted. Come to think of it, the Toast Skagen was propbably the best I ever had as well. It was served with some fantastic ölkorv (small smoked sausages). The building itself is truly amazing, I think you could walk here for days and still find new amazing details of loving craftsmanship. It is truly astonishing and a thing of beauty to behold. Henceforth, whenever I visit either Huskvarna or Jönköping, I will choosr Hotell Slottsvillan whenever possible. The 10 minute drive to central Jönköping is well worth it due to the astonishing experience of feeling as the King of the Castle for a few days. 12 out 10 stars!
