The housekeeping team are exceptional, I really appreciated the pillow concierge as well. Honestly, I felt like we were royalty. We have 2 young children and they would run through making noise, I mean toddlers being toddlers. The staff were super friendly and always smiling at us. My daughter turned 5 on this trip and the exceptional housekeeping lady left us with a handwritten note wishing my daughter a happy birthday, and a fairmont little cuddly toy, Thank you Shwe Sin for making our stay that much more special. Thank you for your hard work and passion and the smiles you brought to every interaction with our children. Thank you!!

Rooms were very clean, comfortable and well-appointed - we loved the long bay window couch. Swimming pool was a great place to relax. The area around the hotel offers easy access to convenience stores, restaurants, spas. It was easy to get a Grab when we wanted to go someplace further. But the best part of the stay had to be the staff. All of them - from the receptionists to the waiters to the staff in the lobby - were excellent, unfailingly helpful, polite and professional. Breakfast service was very prompt and thoughtful - when the staff saw our baby making a mess they were quickly on hand to help us.
