The home cooked food was fresh and so tasty (thank you Fon’s mum for dinner), breakfast was plentiful with locally grown coffee, afternoon tea was such a treat. The peace and quiet with the stunning views was out of this world. I miss it already. The jacuzzi on veranda was sheer bliss and no other accommodation will compete as far as I’m concerned. We booked a trip with the help of Fon and Wouter and our driver Patan was brilliant, so funny and kind and we would recommend him. Thank you again Fon and Wouter for building your dream, one day we will return!

Nestled on the island in the middle of the Kok River, The Riverie by Katathani offers luxurious rooms surrounded by lush garden, diverse plants and seasonal flowers. the hotel was great for a family trip, kids club and splash pool was the highlight. Great breakfast and helpful staff. the rooftop restaurant was amazing place to be for enjoying the sunset

The beautiful octagon huts are nicely spaced I the rice paddies. They are very comfortable and private inside . The staff is very nice and the breakfast is wonderful and they will deliver it to your hut if you want to eat there which I recommend. Beautiful misty mornings.

This was a gorgeous stay, only wish we could have stayed longer. Our hosts were so welcoming and friendly and made sure everything was lovely for our stay. The breakfast was generous and the baked goods, as you would imagine, were delicious. The villa is very modern and you can use the pool which was refreshing after a long drive.

The room was spotless clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English . It was walking distance to some great cafes and restaurants. They had free snacks and drinks daily in the room . Check in and check out was fast and efficient . The air conditioning was perfect and kept the room cool.
