The staff were attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh, local dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Merve from Guest Relations, who truly made this trip unforgettable. With only two weeks' notice, she helped me plan the perfect proposal — taking care of every detail with such care and professionalism. From organising a relaxing spa treatment, arranging a stunning vintage car tour that ended with a beautifully designed sunset proposal at Love Valley, followed by a private dinner on our room terrace, and a romantic room setup — everything was flawless. Merve's dedication and creativity turned a vision into reality. Thank you Merve! This was an amazing experience that we will cherish forever, and we would love to return again insha’Allah. Friendly, extremely helpful staff. They spoke good english. Very clean. Fantastic breakfast until 11am. It was different each day. Gorgeous room with big bathroom. We liked the location because it was quieter and less crazy then Goreme and we had a car. All the tours pick you up from the hotel but if you want party central than Goreme would be better to stay in.

He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, being not only incredibly accommodating and attentive to all our needs, but also always readily available whenever we required assistance. His genuine care and dedication made our experience even more memorable. He won’t just remain an acquaintance, by the end of your stay, he’ will be a good friend.

The Seraphim Cave Suites is an exquisite hotel and we very much enjoyed our time here. We had a queen suite which was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious as were the dinners we had at the property. I also indulged in a massage which was very relaxing. The spa area is outstanding. We highly recommend this accommodation.

The hotel is located just a short walk from Uçhisar Castle, in one of the most peaceful and charming parts of Cappadocia. The atmosphere was serene, and the architecture of the stone rooms really captured the essence of the region. The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable, with lovely details. Eren, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He took care of everything for us, from airport shuttles to booking our balloon ride and local tours. The communication was excellent, and we felt very well looked after. The breakfast was delicious and served in a cozy setting, and the rooftop terrace gave us a great view in the morning. We also loved the garden area, especially the puppy and the turtle! It made the place feel homely and unique. Highly recommended if you're looking for a warm and authentic experience in Cappadocia.
