Everything, the food, the entertainment, the rides, the shopping but most of all we loved the staff!! Especially Aizhan and Sęyma at the guest relations! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was hassel free. I had a horrible asthma attack while there and they made sure I got the best help including getting me to the clinic. And then checked on me every morning after that. They sent breakfast to the room, got my medicine and made sure my kids had fun in the meantime! We are so grateful and will never forget this true Turkish hospitality!! Another must mention was the amount and choice of food available! The chefs, the Bakers and the kitchen staff were all beyond amazing! We will definitely return to our home away from home😍

My favorite, it was my 6th visit and I hope won't be the last one.

The hotel is excellent, location also. It is near the airport. Rich nature around the hotel, a wonderful sand beach but also great spa area and a large selection of pools. The food was perfect, everyone could find something. It was also very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer great winter concept. Great choice if you want to have exquisite vacation.

Connecting rooms availability which is very convenient for families where the doors are facing each other with a main door for privacy and sound isolation. The beds are very comfy. The bathroom with amazing shower and separate toilet area. The sink has a step for little children to use. Toilters available are very useful. They provide slippers and robes for adults and children. The room view is amazing overlooking the park, swimming pool with spacious balcony. The house keeping team is amazing. The swimming pool is amazing with slides and it’s heated. The kids club is a god send for children suitable for babies and teenagers with a variety of activities and also video games. The gym if fully equipped. There is a door that takes you directly into Nickelodeon land and the park. The characters come everyday you can find them in the lobby or in the park. Overall the staff deserve an applause for their work ethic, commitment, attentiveness, care and attention to details !

We liked everything about the hotel and especially the splendid food and beverage menu with live display cooking, food presentation and cordial staff.

And in 15-20 minutes walk there is a shopping centre, which has a large number of shops, as well as a children's play arena. The hotel itself is very clean and neat. The room is spacious with a separate room and a common room with kitchen. The plumbing is new and working properly. Special mention should be made of the maid. With care and tactfulness she every day asks if something needs to be replaced and take away the rubbish. Well and an additional plus is a jacuzzi on the roof. From there you have a magnificent view of the fortress and the sea.
