The staff was super friendly and tried to accommodate any of our wishes. You always felt very welcomed. Great place if you want to spend some relaxing days with your kids.

They helped us check in and told us all about things to see and do in the area, and about a dance show that evening and any and all dining opertunities. It was nice that they let us use the pool/hot tub in the more expensive hotel next to us, and let us use bikes for 2 hrs for free. The location on the beach is lovely. The pool was so nice and clean. The view of the ocean was gorgeous and the hotel looked dramatic against the mountain behind it.

Offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding greenery, Silks Place Taroko Hotel is located within the Taroko National Park in Hualien County. Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The location is out of this world. Super comfortable rooms. Amazing pool and hit tubs. This place felt really special.
