One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in a lot. Sparkling clean, high-tech, beautiful, brand new facilities, helpful and attentive staff, luxurious amenities. Breakfast options were very plentiful and delicious. Good location too, only a few minutes by foot from Jiaoxi Transfer Station. The balcony onsen (mountain view option) was absolutely wonderful. So clean, peaceful and relaxing with a gorgeous view. I did not even want to put on music, as at night you hear a chorus of crickets and other sounds of wildlife from the surrounding mountains.

This was honestly the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The service was amazing, and the interior design was calm and elegant. One of the standout features was the Japanese-style Toto toilet – a nice luxury touch. But the absolute highlight was the bathroom: a private hot spring bath in a stone tub, just like a traditional onsen. A truly special experience that made this stay unforgettable!

The kids loved their beds and was really in love with the slide in the room. The room was clean and breakfast was great! Owner is really friendly and was ready to attend to our requests at all times.

O luxuoso Silks Place Yilan ocupa os pisos 6-11 do Luna Plaza, um dos maiores centros comerciais do este de Taiwan. the staffs of this hotel are all amazing and nice and respect their job very much. they show all the heart and patient to all the kids . the hotel owner should give some reward to them!

Boasting natural hot spring bath and free WiFi access, Cuncyue Hot Spring Resort is located in Luodong, only a 5-minute walk from Luodong Railway Station. Big washroom. Good breakfast spread. Comfortable

MU Jiaoxi is composed of 2 buildings, MU Jiaoxi Hotel and MU Jiao Xi Reserve, they are across a street. Each building has its own check-in front desk and free parking area. Loved the bathtub with fresh hot spring water. Great service and room was wonderfully clean and well designed. The indoor playground was well designed and sufficiently spacious for toddlers. Great food options around the hotel. It’s a great base for families who don’t want to stay in the hotel all day (if you do- go to Silks place).

We booked very last minute due to change of plans and we were so delighted we chose this hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which was a great surprise. We loved the outdoor rooftop hot spring pool and really felt so relaxed after a hectic couple of days. Another nice offering was the free happy hour wine at 6pm. The staff were so friendly and so much choice for breakfast. Would definitely recommend...
