The staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Everything was just perfect from start to finish! The spa area is exactly what you’d hope for: clean, relaxing, with warm pool water and great jacuzzis. The restaurant food was delicious and offered at very reasonable prices. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended! 🌟

Located in Bukovel in the Ivano-Frankivsk Region, 100 metres from Vityag 5, Chevalier Hotel & SPA features a barbecue and views of the mountain.The accommodation offers free access to the spa and... Very clean apartment, nice view . However during night time at 11:30 pm come one was knocking and trying to knocking out to our room , when we awake we were scared to open door because it was not secure . As well before we try to call reception and ask if bar open, no one came to host desk when we were using ring. Girl from bar was so sweet, Stuart keeps apartment clean and good condition. Other then need more secure and keep bar open till opening time when it mention and have at less menu for ordering . Location great, view was amazing .

My friend and I arrived, and from the start, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even offered an extra blanket to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. The rooms were spotless, modern, and the beds were incredibly comfortable – we slept so well! Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the service during breakfast was outstanding.
