The front desk staff is there, but barely noticeable; they fulfill the basics but don't go the extra mile to assist guests. A special mention goes to Mrs. Mary Elena, who was in the breakfast area. I would love to have someone like her in my own business—her dedication and kindness are truly remarkable. The hotel also has thoughtful details, such as complimentary water in the hallways, which you can take with you. It's an incredible place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

A flat-screen TV, as well as an iPod docking station are featured. All rooms have a sitting are and view of the tropical courtyard. Certain rooms include a private pool. The rooms come with a private bathroom. Extras include bathrobes, slippers and free toiletries. Fabulous hotel! Suite was excellent - modern, spacious and clean. Facilities were all wonderful and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. Complimentary drinks at the pool bar and fresh muffins in the room daily were the icing on the cake for us, we will definitely stay again!!

This Hyatt Windward Pointe is situated in Key West, 5.7 km from the Southernmost Point, and boasts a year-round outdoor pool and hot tub.

A fully equipped kitchen is provided in every apartment. Additional en suite amenities include a private bathroom, balcony and ironing facilities. A separate living room is also included. Unfortunately we stayed there only for one night but when we plan next visit for the Key West then we will defintely stay in the hotel for longer. I recommend this place to everyone. The hotel is exceptional!!! It’s located very close to the airport but it was not making big differnce for us as there were no night flights.

Built in 2020, this 4-star holiday home is within 21 km of Windley Key and 22 km of Theater Of The Sea On Islamorada. The property is non-smoking and is situated 8.7 km from Dolphin Cove. The house it self is amazing, top it off with the pool at the club house and the access to the large resort, it is just incredible.

Situated in Marathon, within 7 km of Conch-Air Florida Keys Scenic Flights and 10 km of Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Isla Bella Beach Resort features a private beach area. Located around 6 km from Seven Mile Bridge, the resort is also 10 km away from Captain Hook s Marina Dive Center. A Deep Blue Dive Center is 11 km away. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, white sands with coconut trees, nice beach (although relatively small), great pool and multiple smaller pool spread along the resort so it’s never too crowded, excellent pool bar that serves great cocktails and good food. There are fire tables and live music every evening and the atmosphere is serene. The on site restaurant (Mahina) is very good, offers excellent options. There are fire staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was very comfortable and spacious, equipped with coffee machine and minibar. The resort offers variety of activities- kayak, sap, jet ski, snorkeling, scuba diving… The location for us was great- it’s about 2/3 of the way from Miami to Key West so it’s not too far from either, very convenient drive to KW. Nearby the resort there’s a nice commercial center with supermarket and liquor store so it’s not too was great. Marathon itself isn’t very interesting and in my opinion there aren’t many things to do so if you’re looking for fancier stuff (restaurants, outlets etc.) you’ll have to drive a bit, which for us was fine since we stayed at the resort most of the time. To summarize- beautiful resort, peaceful, high quality, good service, great facilities, beautiful beach and pools, good food, picturesque, place for real vacation and relaxation.

Positioned on 27 acres of lush gardens and 1000 feet of private waterfront, Cheeca Lodge & Spa is a luxury resort in Islamorada, Florida. It features a 9-hole par 3 golf course, on-site spa, and 525-foot fishing pier. This is a fabulous resort - we could have stayed for weeks. There are so many activities, multiple pools, and a lovely beach. The staff were incredible - especially Nat for organising everything for us and making sure our stay was special. Also PrayGod who was always there to be helpful. We had struggled with where to stay to explore the Keys properly and this was the perfect location - you can take boat trips right off the dock!
