The hotel's pool and beach areas were immaculate, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. But what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional service. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel like we were part of the family. We can't wait to come back to Key West and stay here again. I can not begin to describe how the staff was very pleasant, professional & amazing at what they do. This is the perfect resort to relax & have a good time. This is a very Beautiful resort with so many things to do & it’s all inclusive. Food and drinks were amazing. This resort was worth it based off the customer service alone.

The rooms come with a private bathroom. Extras include bathrobes, slippers and free toiletries. Fabulous hotel! Suite was excellent - modern, spacious and clean. Facilities were all wonderful and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. Complimentary drinks at the pool bar and fresh muffins in the room daily were the icing on the cake for us, we will definitely stay again!!

Theo was especially friendly and charming, he showed us the way to our room We enjoy the 148 veranda room with back door directly to the patio with a lovely ocean view the cleanliness, details and spaces of the room and bathroom were perfect The bed has the best mattress (No so much the pillows) Very nice common spaces with varied activities for the whole family and tastes (the little beach is no so great to swimming but you can spent the day very calm and relax with the sun and beautiful views) The restaurant has very good selección, the food is good size and good quality made at the moment Dinner outside with the sunset is wonderful! Stephany has very nice attention! The breakfast was good too and Estefania was exceptional with the attention at the restaurant
