Located on Poipu Beach on Kauai’s south shore, this boutique Koloa resort offers an on-site restaurant and spa. Furnished balconies and free Wi-Fi are included in all luxurious guest rooms. The breakfasts each day were excellent. Over 4 days we tried everything on the menu including breakfast tacos, three eggs, waffles and lobster benedict. The waiters and waitresses were wonderful and friendly, especially Koko and Marlina!

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, the The Royal Sonesta Kaua'i Resort Lihue is next to Kalapaki Bay and the 18-hole Kauai Lagoons Golf Club. The hotel offers 4 restaurants and a full-service spa. Beach was fantastic. In a great location and at the time of our stay was not super crowded. Resorts and rooms were clean.

Nice to have cooler bags and a chair and umbrella. And the air conditioning was wonderful for the warm evenings! An exceptional trip! Mahalo!
