When we arrived, there was some urgent construction underway to improve the units. While this caused a bit of disruption to our stay, we decided to check out a day early and informed the team. To our surprise, they took the initiative to contact Booking.com on our behalf and arranged a refund for the final night. On top of that, they offered us an additional $50 as a gesture of goodwill. They weren’t obligated to do any of this, and it truly reflects their commitment to excellent service. What could have been a disappointing experience was completely turned around by their responsiveness and care. The hosts were quick to respond to any queries, the location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable. At the end of the day, it all comes down to service—and in this regard, they truly excelled.

Super cosy cottage in the moddle of the woods! Restaurant in walking distance.

Each room at this resort is air conditioned and is fitted with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. A last minute booking due to another property not being available as promised when we arrived. Worked out really well though as this place was lovely. Ideal for a family of four (2nd bedroom had 2 queens), the facilities were great. Lovely setting in the woods and there is a pool, and a club house with pool table. The kitchen has all you need to do some home cooking and it's very safe and quiet. We had a power cut (not Hyatt's fault, it was much of Incline Village) but the staff were great and made sure we all had torches and they put glow sticks on all the paths.

Spacious guest rooms feature a stone gas fireplace, a Keurig coffee machine, and a refrigerator. The marbled bathrooms include heated floors, free toiletries, and slippers. Select room have heated toilet seats and spa tub. There were lots of nice surprises and small details at the hotel that were very pleasant. Robes for the hot tub, heated bathroom floors and heated toilet seat, fireplace with seating area in the room, free shuttle around town, and free hot beverage bar in the lobby. These made our stay feel extra special and luxurious.
