When we arrived, there was some urgent construction underway to improve the units. While this caused a bit of disruption to our stay, we decided to check out a day early and informed the team. To our surprise, they took the initiative to contact Booking.com on our behalf and arranged a refund for the final night. On top of that, they offered us an additional $50 as a gesture of goodwill. They weren’t obligated to do any of this, and it truly reflects their commitment to excellent service. What could have been a disappointing experience was completely turned around by their responsiveness and care. The hosts were quick to respond to any queries, the location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable. At the end of the day, it all comes down to service—and in this regard, they truly excelled.

Boasting a year-round and heated outdoor pool, this Truckee resort features a modern villa with a furnished balcony and an outdoor fireplace. Northstar ski-in/ski-out access is provided. We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel! Our villa was gorgeous—beautifully designed, spacious, and surrounded by peaceful, tranquil scenery. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to come back!

It’s a long way from home for us but if we come back to this area then we would definitely stay here again. First class.

Overlooking Lake Tahoe's north shore, Hyatt Vacation Club at High Sierra Lodge offers accommodation in Incline Village. A last minute booking due to another property not being available as promised when we arrived. Worked out really well though as this place was lovely. Ideal for a family of four (2nd bedroom had 2 queens), the facilities were great. Lovely setting in the woods and there is a pool, and a club house with pool table. The kitchen has all you need to do some home cooking and it's very safe and quiet. We had a power cut (not Hyatt's fault, it was much of Incline Village) but the staff were great and made sure we all had torches and they put glow sticks on all the paths.

The location of the property is fairly central with the strip/casinos nearby. The rooms have nice finishes with the balcony tub being a nice touch. Maggie’s restaurant for brunch is a must, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. We look forward to coming back.

Located near Heavenly Village Ski Resort, The Landing Resort and Spa offers free transportation to the Heavenly Village and Casinos. Perfect location right on the beach with great views. Staff were excellent and very accommodating to make sure we have the best stay possible.
