The valet attendants were all very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Same for both bell captains, excellent! The front desk, the George, the location were ALL top-notch. Although that was our first time staying at the Durango, it certainly will not be our last time. In fact, we've already said we will be coming back next year for our annual Jazz Festival. We also shared our experience with several friends, and they will stay there as well. Thank you for a WONDERFUL experience!

The property is non-smoking and is situated 11 km from The Neon Museum. The house seems brand new. Extremely well maintained and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and we really enjoyed staying there for 2 nights. I wish we could have stayed longer…
