The location is a slightly grungy character-filled neighbourhood filled with the typical single houses of Charleston. I loved walking around looking at the architecture. Walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants, and not too far from downtown.

The view surrounding the Lodge right on the Reedy River and Falls was breathtaking. The location was great... near excellent restaurants and downtown; all in walking distance.

Located in historic Central Beaufort less than 1 mile from the Waterfront Park, this Inn offers a daily homemade breakfast. Room was spacious with comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of coffee. Air conditioning and fan. Particularly liked sitting out on the balcony in evening with glass of wine, cheese crackers and nuts. Location close to town for restaurants and shops.
